Hi, my name's Laura, and I am passionate about helping people improve their health and well-being through the complementary therapy of reflexology.

I first heard about reflexology several years ago, when I was lucky enough to receive some deeply relaxing treatments myself, at a local children's hospice.

I found the effect of this holistic hands-on therapy to be really beneficial to both my physical and mental wellbeing, and realised the importance of prioritising my own health within my busy life.

After more than 30 years working in service industries, I was looking for a change in career, and tried a reflexology taster day at the Surrey School of Reflexology. I enjoyed it so much that I signed up to a year's training in reflexology and anatomy & physiology.

My studies included over 130 hours of practical case studies, treating a variety of conditions, from stress and anxiety to strains, arthritis and auto-immune conditions. I treated people of all generations, some with long-term conditions or disabilities.

I was fascinated by the effect of the therapy on the nervous system of my clients, and how good it made them feel, both during and afterwards. I was thrilled to pass my diploma with distinction.

Since qualifying, I have furthered my knowledge in reflexology, with courses covering fertility issues, treating people through their hands as well as their feet, and how best to care for people undergoing cancer treatment.

I am based in the West Surrey area, and mainly treat people in my garden room in Guildford, where I use organic and fair trade products as much as I can.

I'd love to discuss with you how reflexology could help you enjoy better health, starting today.
